Our Story

Established in 1997, OSK Property (OSKP) develops residential, township and commercial projects located in strategic growth areas across the country. In 2015, a strategic decision was made to merge OSK Property Holdings (OSKP) and the property arm of PJ Development Holdings (PJD) under one business pillar, adopting one identity and coming under one brand – OSK Property. The consolidation of these two entities marks the coming together of complementary strengths, expertise and talents.

As an enlarged property group, we are able to deliver a more holistic and integrated property platform – from residential and commercial developments; to managing and operating retail and office spaces; in addition to hospitality offerings. Our development and investment presence spans across Peninsular Malaysia and we are growing our overseas presence with our development project in Melbourne, Australia.

Years of Excellence

1963 – 1965

OSK Holdings Berhad was established as a small stockbroking company

PJ Development Holdings Berhad (PJD) was formed as a plantation and property development company

1974 – 1979

PJD was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia

PJD Construction Sdn Bhd was established

1982 – 1991

OSK Holdings transformed into a financial services group

OSK Holdings was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia

1997

OSK Holdings diversified into properties under OSK Property (OSKP)

2012

Merger of OSK Investment Bank Berhad with RHB Investment Bank Berhad. OSK Holdings became the substantial shareholder of RHB Capital Berhad

2015

PJ Development and OSK Property officially became subsidiaries of OSK Holdings

OSK Holdings listing revised to property stock as a significant property player

2018

PJD Construction rebranded as OSK Construction following the Property – Construction initiative

GEOGRAPHICAL PRESENCE

OSK Property has provided homes for more than 10,000 families and our presence spans across Peninsular Malaysia including Klang Valley, Penang, Kedah, Johor, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan.

Our properties include townships, serviced apartments, mix-integrated developments, retail and hotels. We have also embarked on our first overseas presence featuring Melbourne’s single largest mix-integrated development in Australia.
