Free Trip to Japan For Two* When You Refer A Friend (“The Trip Incentive Scheme”) will take effect from 17 March 2016 until 31 December 2016 subject to the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Trip Incentive Scheme shall only be applicable for the transaction of properties as stated below.
   
   Note: Applicable to selected property types only
2. The Trip Incentive Scheme is open to all existing purchasers of OSK Property Holdings Bhd and Public. This scheme is Not applicable to all staffs of Sales & Marketing Departments of OSK Property Holdings Bhd.
3. Any referrer (“The Introducer” ) who successfully introduces a potential buyer (“The Introducee”) will be entitled to trip incentive scheme. The Introducee must complete the purchase by fulfilling below items :
   a. Sale & Purchase Agreement is duly signed and stamped
   b. Loan Agreement is duly signed
   c. Settlement of 35% of purchase price by the Introducee

4. Pursuant to The Trip Incentive Scheme, The Introducer shall be entitled to the above mentioned trip incentive scheme for each purchase of any properties as indicated abovementioned that has been introduced or referred and subject to the terms and conditions:-
   a. All participants of The Trip Incentive Scheme are requested to register the name(s) of the Introducee with our sales and marketing representatives before any appointment is fixed between the purchaser to be entitled for the Trip Incentive Scheme upon the successful completion of the sales transaction of the Property.

5. The company shall issue a Trip Incentive Scheme Voucher to the Introducer within 90 days from the completion of below terms:
   i. Sale & Purchase Agreement is duly signed and stamped by the Introducee
   ii. Loan Agreement is duly signed by the Introducee
   iii. Settlement of 35% of purchase price by the Introducee

6. A trip voucher will be issued to the Introducer and the Introducer is to make arrangement directly with the authorized travel agency. The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit alternative. The Company shall not be liable if this voucher is lost, deleted or stolen, regardless of whether it has been used. For the avoidance of doubt, your failure or inability, for whatever reason, to use the voucher in accordance with these terms and conditions is solely at the Introducee’s responsibility.
7. This scheme is only applicable for sales generated by the sales team in OSK Property Holdings Bhd. All sales closed through marketing agents are not entitled to The Trip Incentive Scheme.
8. All transactions which is entitled to Buyer Gets Buyer Scheme or Buyer Repeats Purchase Scheme are not eligible to participate.
9. The Introducer is entitled to recommend as many new buyers as possible but each recommendation must be registered with our Sales & Marketing representatives. The Trip Incentive Scheme is not valid in the event the Introducee purchases are accorded special discounts / bulk discounts by the Developer.
10. The Introducer and the Introducee are prohibited to advertise or promote this scheme in any marketing communication forms. Failing which, The Company reserve the rights to disqualify against whosoever breaches these terms and conditions.
11. The Introducer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions governing this scheme.
12. The Management may at its sole discretion, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions or vary, suspend or terminate this Trip Incentive Scheme without any prior notice to the Introducer.
13. In the event of any dispute(s) whatsoever, the decision by The Management shall be final, conclusive and binding.
