In 2015, OSK Holdings Berhad completed its corporate exercise to merge the businesses and operations of PJ Development Holdings Berhad and OSK Property Holdings Berhad into the OSK Group.
Thereafter, a strategic decision was made to merge OSK Property Holdings (OSKP) and the property arm of PJ Development Holdings (PJD) under one business pillar, adopting one identity and coming under one brand – OSK Property. The consolidation of these two entities marks the coming together of complementary strengths, expertise and talents. It is the ideal merging of PJD’s solid experience and the innovative energy of OSK Property.
This move has paved the way for OSK Property to emerge as a significant property group in Malaysia, with the ability to undertake larger projects, diversify further into property investment as well as be in a better position to provide greater value to our stakeholders.
As an enlarged property group, we will be able to deliver a more holistic and integrated property platform – from residential and commercial developments; to managing and operating retail and office spaces; and even to hospitality offerings.
To be a leading integrated property developer in the region.
