Senior Executive / Executive, Contracts
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate tender packaging, process until award.
  • To check consultant QS estimates and assumptions.
  • To prepare payment certificates.
  • To monitor project budgets and highlight areas where there are potential overruns on where it have occurred.
  • To coordinate site evaluation / certification for payments to contractors / NSCS.
  • To work out cost estimates for various options in value engineering exercises.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with reputable main contractors / property development organization / consultant QS firm.
  • Completed projects from inception to completion.
  • Well versed with interpreting drawings, measurement and cost estimates.
Senior Executive / Executive, Finance & Accounts
Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Monthly reporting including the preparation of relevant reports, statistics and analyses of financial performance and budgetary variances.
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting matters.
  • Handle audit (internal and external), taxation, statutory and banking matters including liaisons with the internal and external auditors.
  • Implement effective internal controls and maintain proper accounting records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Property Development industry.
  • Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and experience in using IFCA accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver within timeline given.

Project Engineer/ Project Executive
Kuala Lumpur / Selangor / Sungai Petani

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical).
  • Monitor construction workers, materials and machinery of the entire site to endure timely completion of the project.
  • Monitor progress of the construction site to meet targets of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billing stages.
  • Management and coordination of project with consultants and contractors, to ensure timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulations, by-laws and other.
  • Carry out Joint Inspection on incoming, in process and final inspection with consultant representatives in accordance with contract specification / drawings/ inspection and test plan.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Assistant Manager on the daily operations of the buildings.
  • To supervise service providers on their scope of works and ensure the quality and timely delivery.
  • To provide timely preventive maintenance.

Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building / M&E or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

Executive, Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • To establish adequate and efficient communication with customers regarding customer service
  • To ensure and maintain appropriate filing system of all records and documentations
  • To assist in day-to-day operations, maintenance, customer service, safety, security, landscaping and other general facilities
  • To monitor any defect of the completed housing / commercial units.
  • To liaise with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Assist the Director, Leasing to implement the right tenancy mix in the retail mall
  • Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and relevant management report.
  • Arranging site visits activities for prospective tenants.
  • Conduct market research on shopping centres in order to keep abreast of retail property development in the market.

Requirement:
