Executive / Assistant - Finance & Accounts - ( Kuala Lumpur )

    Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day accounting functions / operations
  • To manage various aspects of month end closing activities including timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • To assist in submission of monthly management report or any other reports
  • To handle accounting data entries using IFCA system
  • To handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Management


    Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or MICPA
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in property development / construction company
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Word
  • Willing to learn

Project Engineer - (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)

    Responsibilities:

  • Attend and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical).
  • Monitor contractor's construction workers, materials and machineries of the entire site to endure timely completion of the project.
  • Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the targets of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billing stages.
  • Management and coordination of project with consultants and contractors, to ensure timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulations, by-laws and other.
  • Carry out Joint Inspection on incoming, in process, and final inspection with consultant representatives in accordance with contract specification / drawings/ inspection and test plan.


    Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in property development industry with at least 2 years similar capacity
  • Well versed in architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical works
  • Posses sound knowledge of construction and property development practices
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated person

Clerk - of - Works - ( Kuala Lumpur & Selangor )

    Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the construction quality and timely completion of the project
  • Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants and authorities on all site matters
  • Display team work and work closely with other personnel at all times


    Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Civil and Structural Engineering / Architectural stud
  • ies or related disciplines
    Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in the construction field particularly in building / infrastructure works. Preferably candidate with experience in housing developments.
  • Experience in CONQUAS & QLASSIS Quality Inspections will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate residing in Seremban will have an added advantage
