In doing so, our product mix has progressed to incorporate retail and commercial elements, luxury residences as well as high-rise residential developments.
These have a combined gross development value well in excess of RM4 billion. Today we serve a growing spectrum and class of customers by leveraging on our experience and capabilities.

In 1990, Tan Chow & Loh Holdings , with a 100% equity in OCBC Securities (Melaka) Sdn Bhd successfully listed themselves as a public company in 1997. When the company was acquired by OSK Holdings, its stock broking business was merged with OSK's and the company was restructured and relisted on 9 September 2002 as OSK Property Holdings Berhad.
Since then, in the past
near decade we have grown rapidly from the establishment of our very
first township in Bandar Puteri Jaya to a portfolio of 9 developments
across Malaysia. These are in well placed strategic growth corridors
including Seremban, Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur's golden triangle and in
Selangor.
